Personal data

When you send an inquiry, we collect the details you enter in the form (name, company, business type, phone, email, desired move-in date, site visit and container park requests, message and the plots you ask about). We use them only to answer your request and to follow up on it. We do not sell or share them for marketing.

  • Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA) — sends the emails generated by the inquiry form (the notification to our team and your confirmation email). Privacy policy: https://resend.com/legal/privacy-policy
  • Microsoft 365 — hosts the [email protected] inbox where inquiries are received.
  • Plausible Analytics (Plausible Insights OÜ, EU) — anonymous, cookie-free visitor statistics. No personal data is collected. https://plausible.io/privacy

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to [email protected].

Cookies

This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies, which is why there is no cookie banner. Only the following is stored, each to make a feature work:

  • Language preference (your browser’s local storage): if you use the EN | FR switch, your choice is remembered so the site opens in that language next time. Nothing is stored if you don’t use the switch.
  • Reading position (your browser’s session storage): when you switch language, your place on the page is kept for a moment and then deleted.
  • Spam protection on the contact form: when you send an inquiry, an automated check (Cloudflare Turnstile) confirms the message isn’t from a robot. It is used only for this.
  • Anonymous visit statistics: we count visits with Plausible Analytics, which uses no cookies and collects no personal data.
